1 Introduction

Welcome to si6xs. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the si6xs online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://si6xs.io ("the Platform"), along with all associated services, tools, features, and content provided by or on behalf of si6xs ("si6xs", "we", "us", "our").

The si6xs Platform is an online entertainment service offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and specialty games to adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the si6xs Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. si6xs enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform.
• You have not previously had a si6xs account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of si6xs or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.

si6xs reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of si6xs services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all si6xs accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active si6xs account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. si6xs will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify si6xs support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 of these Terms.
• Non-transferability: Your si6xs account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other individual. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made by the registered account holder only.

si6xs reserves the right to decline any account registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe the application or account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the si6xs Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). si6xs supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and the current limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction shall apply.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your si6xs balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–4 business hours depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. Your account must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of 3 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 2–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• No platform fees: si6xs does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own applicable charges, if any, are outside si6xs's control.

si6xs reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if si6xs has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the si6xs Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within each relevant betting market and shall be read in conjunction with these general rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. si6xs reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds.
• Erroneous odds: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors, or human input errors), si6xs reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether a bet confirmation was issued.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within each market. These limits may vary by sport, market, event, and account tier.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). Settlement times will vary by sport and event. si6xs aims to settle all bets within 24 hours of an event concluding.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Abandoned and postponed events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion within a period specified by market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are published within the relevant market section.

si6xs reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets. Where winnings would exceed the applicable maximum payout limit, si6xs will pay out the maximum applicable amount and the excess will not be payable.

6 Casino Games

The si6xs Casino offers live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, along with slot games and specialty titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable, and live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in professionally operated studios.

• Game rules: Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the outcome of the affected game round may be void. si6xs will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs, but accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

si6xs offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section and any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. si6xs reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any account from bonus participation at any time.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before the previous one has been completed will result in forfeiture of the incomplete bonus.
• Abuse prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, or any other method that si6xs deems contrary to the spirit of the offer — will result in the voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus terms and available promotions are subject to change. Current promotions are listed on the Platform and are updated regularly in line with the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other seasonal events.

8 Responsible Gaming

si6xs is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care toward all users seriously.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting activity will be suspended for the remainder of the applicable period.
• Session time limits: You may set session time reminders that will alert you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: You may request temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting si6xs support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen notifications during extended game sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and total amounts wagered and won or lost during that session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the si6xs Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings associated with the prohibited activity voided.

• Opening, operating, or using more than one si6xs account simultaneously or in succession.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information at registration, during verification, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not permitted under these Terms.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption or manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing si6xs staff, support agents, or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your si6xs account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the si6xs Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of si6xs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of si6xs.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their applicable licence terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6xs shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if si6xs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

si6xs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all services at all times.

si6xs's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

si6xs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure password hashing, and two-factor authentication for new device logins to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

si6xs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders by email to the address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14 Account Termination

Either you or si6xs may close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting si6xs support. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms, and any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing time. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Closure by si6xs: si6xs may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation and recovery action.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. si6xs will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any administrative fees are applied to inactive account balances. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law. si6xs operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its intended market.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact si6xs support to seek an informal resolution. si6xs is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The support team aims to provide a substantive response to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated through si6xs's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team upon request. si6xs's decision following the formal complaints procedure shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
